Tenant Fees

Tenancy application / administration fee … £190 per single tenant
Tenancy application / administration fee … £320 per two applicants
Tenancy application / administration fee … £130 per subsequent person in the same property
Guarantor fee (if required) … £130 per guarantor
Tenancy renewal fees £70 (6 months) … £120 (12 months)
Change of tenancy agreement party / sharer … £150
Tenancy check out fee … £75

Default Fees

Late rent communication fee … £30
Interest charged on rent arrears … 4% above Bank of England base rate.

Landlord Fees

Full property management … 10.8% of rental income
Tenant find service only … 90% of monthly rental amount
Rent collection only … 7.2% of rental income

We do not charge set up fees, inventory fees, renewal or check-out fees for Landlords. All our fees are fully inclusive of VAT.

Redress Scheme

William Property Management Ltd are members of The Property Ombudsman redress scheme. Our membership certificate is displayed on our office notice board.

Client Money Protection

For agencies such as ours it is not compulsory to have Client Money Protection insurance. For our clients absolute protection however, we DO have Client Money Protection insurance.

Nearly all private landlords and letting agents taking deposits for assured shorthold tenancies (ASTs) in England and Wales are required to safeguard them with a government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme.
