Director
You could say that property management is part of Mark’s DNA. Before setting up the company, he already had many years’ property experience - plus his father and brother were both in the sector (working as architects, surveyors and developers). Mark established William Property Management in 2007, and has been instrumental in recruiting a great team and building a solid reputation with landlords and tenants ever since. And of course he’s particularly proud of all the awards the company has won!
Out of work, Mark was one of only three English International Roller Hockey referees. He’s refereed all over Europe, and previously refereed at the World Championships in Uruguay. Mark also runs, cycles and enjoys good food and wine.
Office Manager
Vanessa joined our team in July 2021 after working for many years in the construction industry and most recently as a business development executive at an architectural practice. She possesses a diverse knowledge of the property and building industry which is particularly useful in her role at WPM! Over the years Vanessa has developed a high level of customer service and loves meeting new people.
Vanessa has already become known as quite ‘the organiser’ and loves problem solving which benefits our landlords and tenants alike!
Property Manager
Adam joined William Property Management as a trainee lettings negotiator straight from school in August 2020.
He’s an agile and hard-working team player with an enthusiasm for learning and a strong track record of successfully adapting to different working styles and environments. Adam has shown himself to be dedicated, reliable, friendly and efficient.
Outside of work Adam enjoys socialising with family and friends. As an avid sports fan he also enjoys watching boxing, mixed martial arts & football.
