History of William Property Management

In 2007, property professional Mark Greenwood spotted a gap in the local market. There didn’t seem to be a property management company that was friendly, approachable and most of all transparent. The result was our company, William Property Management.

Mark and his team built up a solid residential development client base, and when many of these clients revealed they were struggling to find a good lettings service elsewhere we launched our own in 2009.

In 2015 we moved into newly renovated offices in historic West Street in Faversham town centre – a spacious and light double-fronted ‘shop front’ in a listed 17th century building.

Fast forward to the present day, and we’re proud to be the most respected property management company and lettings agency in Faversham, East Kent. Enjoying steady organic growth year on year, William Property Management currently manages over 30 developments in Kent as well as offering a full lettings service for hundreds of residential and commercial landlords (plus an expanding sales service).

We’ve done pretty well with awards, too – as British Property Awards Gold Winner Letting Agent in Faversham for 2020-2021, 2019-2020 and 2018-2019 (and hopefully many more to come!)
